Systems and Structures for the SOR

Many States and districts have mandated training and implementation of the Science Of Reading.  Most of these entities ensure that teachers are trained but leave building leaders with little guidance on how to capitalize on this training.  H&S Leadership Consulting has experience in helping build sustainable and effective systems to ensure that teacher training is fully utilized.  Building the systems and structures for continuous instructional improvement in foundational literacy will ensure that this teacher training is cost effective and that the work is sustainable for the long term.
