H&S Leadership Consulting provides comprehensive literacy support for schools, combining leadership development, teacher coaching, and system-level planning to drive student success. We partner with school leaders and instructional teams to increase capacity for effective literacy instruction, monitor implementation, and support teacher growth in alignment with the Science of Reading.

Our services include strategic turnaround planning, guiding schools through 90-day improvement cycles rooted in literacy data and district goals, with a focus on clarity, progress monitoring, and distributed leadership. We support the design and strengthening of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) frameworks to ensure every student receives tiered, evidence-based instruction and interventions, backed by robust assessment, progress monitoring, and data-informed decision-making.

In addition, we provide professional learning, modeling, and coaching for the implementation of foundational literacy programs, helping educators align instruction, monitor progress, and adjust practices to meet the needs of all learners. At the system level, H&S conducts full literacy audits, engages stakeholders, and develops district-aligned plans to build coherent, scalable frameworks that sustain long-term student growth and school improvement.
